In the Islands there are psychedelic places and scents, sublime atmospheres that only the heat can give, the warmth of the wind, the light scent of citrus, of yuzu lemonade, day and night, on the horizon.
"I returned to Sicily and Japan after a long absence in the summer of 2023.
Lemonades at the old harbor, children running in the sunny streets of Mazara's casbah, the warm wind on the beaches, a sip of bitter liquor every night, dear friends from distant worlds.
I wandered the bright streets of Mazara del Vallo, my hometown, watched the sun hit my body, my joy rediscover childhood. It was all there: my land, love, friends, and closest ties. The island is a state of mind of human beings; it is perceived that all around us is water, and that the pure element keeps us isolated but protects us. It was the same summer. I was walking the Japanese streets, taking refuge in the shade of silent gardens, listening to the weather, and watching the hot August sun.
In Isola, I told my love of life, the contrast and union of two different cultures.
Isola is a citrus fragrance, telling with the notes of lemon and yuzu, two important places in my life, in my memory."

Isola is like a cool lemonade drunk in the Sicilian summer heat, looking at the sea on the horizon, full of lights and reflections, our happy gaze bathed in sunshine and salty sea water. Isola is my turn toward light. Fresh notes and absence of darkness are Meo's great olfactory revolution in this perfume, which was a tremendous personal challenge. To tell the happiness of an unforgettable summer through a fresh yuzu lemonade.
